Not Receiving Email After Account was Phished

Problem

"I was phished and now I'm not receiving email."

Solution

  1. Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal > My Apps Email & Calendar.

  2. Click the gear icon, type "inbox" in the search field, then click Inbox Rules.

  3. Look for any oddly named rules that include the text "delete the message", and click the trash icon to delete the inbox rule.
