Remove My Email Delivery Address (EDA)

IMPORTANT: When you remove the EDA and Cal Poly email is reverted to Microsoft 365/Outlook delivery, any emails that were sent to the your EDA will not populate, or “resend” to the Outlook inbox.

Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal > Personal Info tab.
Under My Info > click Email Address.
Click the Use Cal Poly Account button.

NOTE: It may take up to 30 minutes for your email address to update in all Cal Poly systems.

Send a test email to your Cal Poly email address and confirm it's delivered to Outlook.
