Mass Email (MustMail)
Large-scale communications to students, staff, faculty and other campus groups is sent using an email application called MustMail. It allows authorized users to create custom, HTML emails, get them approved, and send them to pre-authorized university email distribution lists.
Quickstart
To get started using MustMail, submit the Application Form.
If you would like to use an existing HTML email template or create your own template you must submit it to it-policy@calpoly.edu for review.

Cal Poly employees must submit an application to become a MustMail sender on behalf of their department/division.
Cost
Made possible through Cal Poly funds, no additional charges.

Emails sent to all faculty, staff and/or students are subject to campus policy for broadcast electronic mail.
