Cal Poly Learning Hub (SumTotal) Support

The Cal Poly Learning Hub is home to professional development, assigned courses and required compliance and safety training and is available only to current Cal Poly faculty, staff, students, and managers/MPP.

Access

  1. Go to the My Cal Poly Portal > My Apps.

  2. Click the Cal Poly Learning Hub menu item.

Troubleshooting

  • If you are having difficulties completing a course, try launching the course in a "private" or "incognito" browser window.

  • For specific issues and support, submit a Cal Poly Learning Hub Help Request (staff and faculty only)
