Access Duo if I Forgot My Phone at Home

Problem

"I forgot my phone at home and can't authenticate with Duo."

Solution

Call the ITS Service Desk. An agent will give you a bypass code. You can log in using the code provided.

1. Enter that code into the space provided and click or tap Verify to log in to the application.
