Authenticate with Duo

Select an authentication method to access the My Cal Poly Portal, Cal Poly Canvas, Microsoft email and calendar, and all other web-based services that require a log-in. When adding or managing a device, you will first be prompted to authenticate.

If this is your first time using Duo, visit Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (Duo).

Duo Mobile (Push) is the
recommended method.

Touch/Face ID on Mac:
Using a biometric authenticator.

Phone Call using a landline or a Duo Mobile Passcode using mobile device.

Security Key: Using a security key you purchased.

Token: Using a hardware token.
