Unlock Duo Account

Problem

"My Duo account is locked." or "I received an error message that says..."

Your account has been locked out due to excessive authentication failures. Please contact your administrator.

Solution

After four failed Duo account login attempts, your account will lock. Your account will automatically unlock after 33 minutes. If you need immediate assistance, contact the ITS Service Desk.
