ITS designs installs and maintains the wired network infrastructure on campus. This includes network hardware such as switches and firewalls, ethernet cable pulling and management, and faceplates on the wall.

Availability

Requests for changes or support are generally limited to campus technical support staff. Requests to add, move, or activate a network port can be submitted by filling out a Network Port Activation or Change request.

Cost

Made possible through Cal Poly funds, however, additional charges apply for adding, moving, or activating a network port.
