Desk Phone, Softphone, & Voicemail
Campus phone and voicemail service is managed by ITS and facilitated by the university's Telephone Coordinators. To set up a new campus phone and voicemail service, move desk phone locations, or make changes to service, contact your department's Telephone Coordinator. Standard telephone service is Softphone based. Hard IP phones are available upon request. Analog telephone service is available for specific use cases.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Cost
All phone service fees, equipment fees, and special programming fees (including voicemail) have been integrated into the standard FTE technology fee. Mobile checkout and cell phone fees were not included in the technology fee, and are still billed monthly.

Telephone Coordinators
Each department has a designated Telephone Coordinator who acts as a liaison to ITS for their area's telephone and voicemail needs. The Telephone Coordinator is responsible for processing requests for moves and other changes that may impact telephone numbers and directory information, reporting issues, and handling billing.
