View Pinnacle Bill for Desk Phones

If you are a Telephone Coordinator, you likely manage and review desk phone billing for your department. Learn how to access Pinnacle billing.

  1. Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal.

  2. Under the My Apps menu, click Telephone Administration to log into Pinnacle billing.

  3. From the left menu, click Accounts > Account Billing.

  4. In the Account Number field, enter your PeopleSoft chartfield string. If needed, use the percent symbol (%) to search for wildcards.

  5. From the top menu, click the Search button.

  6. Click on the billing date for the report you would like to view.

  7. Click the View Report button. The report opens in a pop-up window. If you like, you can download the report as a PDF.


If there is a problem or change to your bill, submit a Support Center Campus Desk or Mobile Phone request.

You will need to have pop-up windows enabled in your browser for https://app.calero.com/calpoly/ to view Pinnacle reports.
