Install macOS Updates

Learn how to install macOS updates through Nudge. Updates can be categorized as either major or minor. An example of a major update would be macOS 12 to 13. An example of a minor update is macOS 12.3 to 12.4.

macOS will prompt to install available updates every 30 minutes. The update prompt can be deferred for 30 minutes (Later), 1 hour, 1 day or a custom amount of time.
