Teams in Microsoft 365
Teams is a chat-based workspace ideal for hosting team conversations, calls, and meetings. As part of the Microsoft 365 suite of apps, it's available to all students, faculty, and staff. Teams provides storage space and allows for the integration of apps including Planner, Trello, GitHub, and more.

Availability
Faculty, staff, and students automatically receive a Teams account when their relationship with the university begins, as part of Office 365. For auxiliary departments (CPC, ASI) and others associated with the university, a request for an account must be submitted to the ITS Service Desk.
Cost
For students, faculty and staff, this service is made possible through Cal Poly funds, no additional charges. For CPC, ASI, and Affiliates, a Teams account is included in the cost of an email account.
