View OneDrive or SharePoint Storage Limit/Usage

Check OneDrive and SharePoint storage quotas by file type.

OneDrive

From OneDrive, go to the top right of the page, click the Gear icon > OneDrive Settings > More Settings > Features and StorageStorage Metrics

SharePoint

Log onto SharePoint, from the My Sites section (Globe icon), select your site, then from the top right of the page, click the Gear icon > Site Contents > Site settings > Storage Metrics.

 

OneDrive has a 5 TB storage limit and SharePoint has a 25 TB storage limit. File size limits for each are 250 GB.

However, emeritus, guests, shared accounts, and CSU bargaining units 5, 6 and 11 are an exception. The O365 license for these category of accounts has a default storage limit of 100 GB.
