Classroom Technology

Instructional spaces that are equipped with audiovisual technology, including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers and computers, are supported by ITS. The type of technology available in each space varies depending on what's required to support the teaching and learning experience. Classroom orientations are available upon request.

Availability

Classroom availability is provided through the Office of the Registrar. Support and troubleshooting for classroom technology is available Monday - Thursday 6:45 a.m. - 9:15 p.m. and Friday 6:45 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Cost

Standard classroom support of university-scheduled classrooms is made possible through Cal Poly funds, no additional charges. Modifications to classroom technologies and other consultations are subject to additional fees and should be submitted as a project request through the ITS intake process.
