Secure Forms Decommissioning/Data and Form Migration Options
What changes are happening to Secure Forms and when will this occur?
The Drupal 7 web platform, which hosts all of the Secure Forms, is reaching end of-life. Consequently, due to system integration parameters, Secure Forms will be completely disabled on June 15, 2024.
How will it impact me?
All Drupal 7 Secure Form functionality and associated data stored in your Drupal admin interface will not be available after this date.
What action do I need to take?
If you wish to retain any existing Secure Forms data, you must download and back it up securely, otherwise it should be deleted. Then you have the option to migrate the form(s) functionality to an approved alternate platform or retire the form(s).

The following tools are the recommended solutions for Secure Form migration and are approved by Cal Poly’s Information Security Office for collection of all data, including Level 1:
