Forms & eSignature (Adobe Sign)
Cal Poly uses Adobe Sign to route forms and facilitate electronic signatures. Adobe Sign can be accessed from any internet-connected device and is secure, trackable, legally-binding, and approved for confidential information (including Level 1 data).
Accounts for departments and services are not configured for Adobe Sign access by default.
Departments accounts are able to send agreements, but they are NOT able to sign agreements.
If you have an account that needs Adobe Sign access, then the Administrative or Technical department account contact needs to submit a General Support ticket to request access.
Quickstart
Enter your Cal Poly email (e.g., jmustang@calpoly.edu), then select Enterprise ID > Company or School Account.
Enter your Cal Poly username and password. Click the Login button.
