Problem
"I can't connect to eduroam on my iPhone or iPad after trying to sign in with my Cal Poly email address and password."
Solution
Follow the instructions below to remove networks, certificates, and profiles, then connect to wireless. If you need help, bring your device to the Service Desk in Kennedy Library's Hub24 Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
1. Open Settings > General.
2. Scroll to the bottom and open “VPN & Device Management” or “Profiles” (depending on your iOS version). If you do not see a “VPN & Device Management” or “Profiles” section, skip to step 4.
3. In the Profiles section, select the profile and tap Delete Profile. If you have a passcode for your device, you will be prompted to enter it. Then tap Delete. If there is more than one profile, repeat this step for each one.
4. Go to back to the main Settings page and tap WiFi.
5. Tap the “i” next to eduroam and then Forget this network. Repeat this step for SecureMustangWireless, Cal Poly Guest, and WiFi Setup, if applicable.
6. Connect to eduroam.
