If you are a Telephone Coordinator, you likely manage and review desk phone billing for your department. Learn how to access Pinnacle billing.
- Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal.
- Under the My Apps menu, click Telephone Administration to log into Pinnacle billing.
- From the left menu, click Accounts > Account Billing.
- In the Account Number field, enter your PeopleSoft chartfield string. If needed, use the percent symbol (%) to search for wildcards.
- From the top menu, click the Search button.
- Click on the billing date for the report you would like to view.
- Click the View Report button. The report opens in a pop-up window. If you like, you can download the report as a PDF.
If there is a problem or change to your bill, submit a Support Center Campus Desk or Mobile Phone request.
You will need to have pop-up windows enabled in your browser for https://app.calero.com/calpoly/ to view Pinnacle reports.
