Only department Telephone Coordinators get access to the Telephone Requests portlet.
- Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal > My Apps > Technical Service Request.
- Select Service Request, then Request Information > General Issue, and Specific Issue > Other Telephone issue.
- In the Phone # and Billing Chartfield fields enter some text to bypass the field.
- In the Summary field, enter your request.
- In the Description field include the new Telephone Coordinator's name, username, and phone #.
- In the Assigned Team field, select ITS ENS Voice, then click the Save button to submit your request.
For a new Telephone Coordinator to get portlet access, the current/previous Telephone Coordinator should submit the request.
