Problem

Possible Solutions
Verify your list membership using this site: lists.calpoly.edu/sympa
If you find that you aren't a member of the anticipated list, inform your instructor to add you.
An Email Delivery Address (EDA) is set up in the portal which is forwarding class list messages away from your Cal Poly account to a third-party mail service.
If forwarding is enabled to deliver to a third party, you must check the destination account (junk or spam folders) for class list email. The support staff will not have access to troubleshoot list delivery while EDA is enabled, since your Cal Poly account is bypassed while EDA is active.
If email is not present in the destination account, you can try disabling EDA using these instructions: Remove My Email Delivery Address (EDA)
