Not Receiving Email for Class Distribution Lists

You may not be included in the class email membership list.
- Solution: Find out if you are a member of the class email list by using this site to verify: lists.calpoly.edu/sympa. If you find that you aren't a member of the anticipated list, inform your instructor to add you.
Email forwarding to a third-party address is enabled in your Cal Poly Portal Email Delivery Address (EDA) settings, which is possibly causing messages to be flagged as junk/spam.
- Solution: If you have chosen to enable forwarding to a third-party email address, check the junk or spam folders for the destination account for class list emails.

  - After forwarding is disabled, access your Outlook account to retrieve all email using these instructions: https://calpoly.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CPKB/pages/2425006
