It's important to update it on any device where your previous password was saved for automatic login or connection - including your phone, laptop, desktop, and any other personal computing devices.

Software on your computer may be inadvertently blocking you from connecting to wireless. Submit a General Help request with your device's WiFi hardware/MAC address
