Possible Issues and Solutions
You may not be included in the class email membership list.
Solution: Find out if you are a member of the class email list by using this site to verify: lists.calpoly.edu/sympa. If you find that you aren't a member of the anticipated list, inform your instructor to add you.
Email forwarding to a third-party address is enabled in your Cal Poly Portal Email Delivery Address (EDA) settings, which is possibly causing messages to be flagged as junk/spam.
Solution: If you have chosen to enable forwarding to a third-party email address, check the junk or spam folders for the destination account for class list emails.
If email is not present in the destination account, you can try disabling EDA using these instructions: Remove My Email Delivery Address (EDA)
After forwarding is disabled, access your Outlook account to retrieve all email using these instructions: Access Email and Calendar Settings
