Learn how to download available software titles for academic use. For assistance with installations, submit a General Help Request.

The Cal Poly Software Hub provides software that may be installed on personal computers.
If you’re using a Cal Poly state-owned computer or a tech rental, please see the support pages for installing software on Windows or Mac. However, virtual computer lab software links are available to state-owned, tech rentals, and personal computers alike.

  1. Go to software.calpoly.edu.

  2. Click Let’s go.

  3. Install the AppsAnywhere Client on your device.

  4. Use the Search Apps field to search by software title or vendor name.

  5. Click the Download, Virtual Computer Lab, or External Vendor Website button displayed near the software title to access the software you wish to use.

Click the software logo/icon(s) for an expanded detailed view containing any serial numbers for licensing and important information you might need to install the software.
