Learn about PolyData Dashboard action links and common action link workflows. Action links (Refresh, Print, and Export) can also typically be found at the top or bottom of each analysis.

To refresh the page, from the top right corner of the dashboard, click the Gear icon > Refresh

This only refreshes the data coming into the dashboard from the server ad leaves the dashboard appearances/prompt selection unchanged. This refresh button can be used to keep the dashboard from timing out. 

To create a print ready PDF or HTML version of the dashboard, click the Gear icon > Print.

To export the entire dashboard or by page, click the Gear icon > Export to Excel. This export will create a tab in the downloaded Excel file for each tab in the dashboard, represent charts as images, and store tabular data with the values only (not formulas). Learn how to export data from an analysis.

To see more detailed dashboard data, click on a drill-to-detail link, such as a name listed in the Primary Report Name column. If there are additional data views available, under Action links you will see multiple options. Learn more about drilling down into dashboard data.

To return to the original dashboard from a drill-to-detail page, click Return
