Problem
"I lost my hardware token. How do I authenticate?"
Solution
- Call your local tech support or the Service Desk to report your token as lost or stolen.
- Request a Bypass Code to use when prompted for Multi-factor authentication.
- Add $20 to your Campus Express Account
- Submit a Duo Hardware Token Request in Support Center. Your token will be mailed to you within 5 business days.
