Cal Poly state issued laptop users planning to visit another campus?:

  • You will need to submit a Support Requestfor your device to be configured to allow you to connect to eduroam at another campus.

  • It is important to make this request prior to taking your device to the other campus because a stable internet connection (or sometimes an in person visit with your device at the IT Service Desk) is required to change the settings.
