Possible Issues and Solutions

  1. You may not be included in as a member of the class email membership distribution list.

    • Solution: Find out if you are a member of the class email list by using this site to verify: Verify your membership status on the email or class list by visiting lists.calpoly.edu/sympa. If you find that you aren't are not a member of the anticipated list, inform contact your instructor to add youor the list owner to be added.

  2. Email forwarding to a third-party address is enabled in your Cal Poly Portal Email Delivery Address (EDA) settings, which is possibly causing may cause messages to be flagged as junk/spam or be delayed by the receiving email provider.
