  1. Log in to the My Cal Poly portal.

  2. Go to the Personal Info tabPersonal InfoAuthorized Devices > Multi-factor Authentication > click Edit.

  3. Select an authentication method and complete the verification on your currently enrolled device.

  4. Once authenticated, you will see a page that lists your devices in square cells. Click the Edit, then click Rename.

  5. Type a new name, then click the Rename button.

How Do I Delete My Device?

  4. Once authenticated, you will see a page that lists your devices in square cells. Click the Edit, then click Delete. Conform You will be asked to confirm the deletion.

If you replaced your mobile device with a new model and kept the same phone number, you can reactivate multi-factor authentication by clicking Device Options > Reactivate Duo Mobile. Find more detailed instructions on the Reactivate Duo Mobile on a New Phone page.
