Download and install the MiCollab App using the links below, or by using the link provided in the MiCollab installation Instructions sent to your email.
Click the QR code provided in the MiCollab installation Instructions email to activate the MiCollab app with an Authentication Key. If your authentication key has expired, see the MiCollab Self Deployment section of the Softphone (MiCollab) Troubleshooting guide to get a new activation link.
Enter your Cal Poly portal password.
Click the Prompt text in the lower right, and toggle the switch to turn on your softphone. In the Call Using drop-down menu, select SoftPhone.
