Problem
"I lost my phone. What do I do? How do I authenticate?"

You will need to authenticate with your back up device, then remove the lost mobile device from your Duo account.
Log in to
thethe My Cal Poly Portal.
Go to the Personal Info tab > Personal Info portlet > Authorized Devices > Multi-factor Authentication > Edit.
Authenticate with your back up device (secondary mobile device like a tablet, landline or token).
Next to the device name, click
thethe Device Options
buttonbutton. Delete the device by clicking the
redred Trash
buttonbutton, then the
redred Remove
buttonbutton.
