Problem
"I lost my phone. What do I do? How do I authenticate?"

- Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal.
- Go to the Personal Info tab > Personal Info portlet > Authorized Devices > Multi-factor Authentication > Edit.
- Authenticate with your back up device (secondary mobile device like a tablet, landline or token).
- Next to the device name, click the Device Options button. Delete the device by clicking the red Trash button, then the red Remove button.
