ArcGIS Pro is Slow or Crashes in Virtual Computer Labs

Problem

"When I use ArcGIS in Virtual Computer Labs, the app is slow or crashes."

Solution

Change the display rendering engine to OpenGL.

1. From the ArcGIS main splash page, select Settings > Options > Display.
2. Tick the OpenGL radio button and click the OK button. If a project is open, it will save and reopen the project with the new settings.
