"I am unable to use my PolyCard."
There are several solutions to issues that may arise when using your PolyCard.
If your Polycard is worn from normal use (fading, laminate peel, defective magnetic stripe, etc.), it may be replaced at no charge.
Campus DiningVisit the Campus Dining website for more information, or contact Campus Dining at campusdining@calpoly.edu or 805-756-5939.
Campus ExpressVisit the Campus Express website for deposit information. Campus Express balances are refundable; a $25 processing fee may be applied.
See the department or area security administrator to get your Polycard re-enabled for room access.
