Problem

"I am unable to use my PolyCard."

Solution

There are several solutions to issues that may arise when using your PolyCard.

 My PolyCard is damaged.

If your Polycard is worn from normal use (fading, laminate peel, defective magnetic stripe, etc.), it may be replaced at no charge.

 I am having an issue using my PolyCard with my Dining Plan.

Campus Dining
Visit the Campus Dining website for more information, or contact Campus Dining at campusdining@calpoly.edu or 805-756-5939.

Campus Express
Visit the Campus Express website for deposit information. Campus Express balances are refundable; a $25 processing fee may be applied.

 I lost door access using my PolyCard.

See the department or area security administrator to get your Polycard re-enabled for room access.
