Incoming Freshmen and Transfer Students: PolyCards will be distributed for Fall quarter at SLO Days (in person) and Week of Welcome (WOW).
Your PolyCard is tied to your library account, giving you access to online resources like OneSearch which becomes available the morning after your card is printed.
The cost of a replacement PolyCard is $5 and payment must be made via Campus Express. Report a lost or stolen card by visiting Lost My PolyCard.

Visit the ITS Service Desk in Kennedy Library's Hub24 (1st floor) to pick up your card.

You had a PolyCard in the past but no longer have one.
If you want to change your picture, upload a photo of yourself via the CS Gold WebCard Center.
