Teams is a chat-based workspace ideal for hosting team conversations, calls, and meetings. As part of the Office 365 suite of apps, it's available to all students, faculty and staff. Teams provides storage space and allows for integration of apps including Planner, Trello, GitHub, and more. Learn More. Other campus chat tools include Zoom Chat (available to all students, faculty, and staff) and Slack, currently only available to campus tech support staff (ITS and Campus Information Technology Coordinators, or CITC).
- Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal > My Apps > Email & Calendar.
- In the upper left-hand corner of the page, click on the app launcher .
- Click Teams.
