Learn how to export BI Publisher Reports from PolyData Dashboards. There are two ways to download reports.

Option 1

  1. Open a report.
  2. From the top right corner of the dashboard, click the Gear icon > Export.
  3. From the menu, select one of the following. PDF and Excel formats are the most commonly downloaded. 
    1. Interactive
    2. HTML
    3. PDF
    4. RTF
    5. Excel
    6. Powerpoint

Option 2

  1. Open a report.
  2. From the top right corner of the dashboard, click the Concentric Circles icon (to the left of the gear icon).
  3. From the menu, select one of the following. PDF and Excel formats are the most commonly downloaded. 
    1. Interactive
    2. HTML
    3. PDF
    4. RTF
    5. Excel
    6. Powerpoint
