You may find that you need to copy values from a dashboard for use in a prompt filter.
- Open a dashboard.
- Go to the prompt, to export data click Export > Excel.
- Open the Excel spreadsheet and copy the data you want to use in the filter.
- Generally, prompts are located in the top section of the dashboard page. Each prompt corresponds to a variable that can be filtered. Click on the arrow then check the values you would like to select.
- Click the Apply button.
