Follow the these steps here to log into your IP Phone for the first time, activate voicemail, and make sure the phone is working properly for incoming and outgoing calls.

Using the number pad on your phone, type your 5-digit extension User number (for example 67310), then choose Enter by pressing the down-arrow keyon the direction pad.
NOTE: If you have an extension that has the same number twice, pause a second when entering in between those numbers.Next, use the number pad on your phone to type your password (which is your 10-digit telephone number, for example, 8057567310), then choose Enter by pressing the down arrow key on the direction pad.

Your extension should now appear on your phone’s display screen.
Complete your IP Phone voicemail activation and check functionality by placing the following calls in order:
Place a call from your phone to 66245, to activate your voicemail if this is a new telephone service.
Place a call from your phone to your cell phone by dialing 71(xxx)xxx-xxxx to verify your phone is able to call out.
Place a call into your phone from your cell phone by dialing your full 10-digit telephone number to verify your phone is taking calls, and your voicemail is working properly.
Your IP Phone is now ready for you to use.
