If you know your current Cal Poly password and it has not expiredyou have forgotten your password:

1. Log in to the My Cal Poly PortalPassword Manager.

2. Go to the Personal Info tab > Enter your Cal Poly Password > username and click the Change Password Go button.Enter your old or temporary password - the password used to log into the My Cal Poly portal

3. Click on Re-activate your account by answering your security questions.

4. Answer the three security questions. Click the Next button.

5. Enter your new password, then retype the new password for verification. Click the Next button.

6. Answer the three security questionsEither set new security questions and answers OR check the Keep my previous answers box. Click the Next button.

7. Register your cell phone # for PolyAlert or check the Opt Out button, if you don't want to receive campus emergency notifications. Click the Next button.

8. Check the boxes to agree to the Responsible Use Policy and the Confidentiality-Security Agreement. Click the Agree button.

9. Click the Finish button.

If you have forgotten your passwordyou know your current Cal Poly password and it has not expired:
