  1. Log in to the My Cal Poly portal.

  2. Go to the Personal Info tab > Personal Info portlet > Authorized Devices > Multi-factor Authentication > Edit.

  3. Under Device, select your landline number. Click the Call Me button.

    When you are prompted to authenticate, select Phone Call option with the phone number you want to receive that call at. You might have to click on Other options first to see the screen with the Touch ID option.

  4. A call will be initiated to your landline numberdevice.

    Answer the call and press 1 on your phone to log in. If you receive the call to your on-campus office phone, you'll need to press 9, then 1.

  5. You have authenticated and your identity has been verified. Confirm or deny if you own the device you are trying to log in to.
