1. Use the number pad on your phone to type your 5-digit extension User number (for example 67310), then choose Enter by pressing the down arrow key on the direction pad.

   

2. Use the number pad on your phone to type your password (which is your 10-digit telephone number, for example, 8057567310), then choose Enter by pressing the down arrow key on the direction pad.

   

3. Your extension should now appear on your phone’s display screen.

   

4. Complete your IP Phone setup by placing the following calls in order:

   1. Place a call from your phone to 66245 to activate your voicemail if this is new telephone service.
      Refer to the Voicemail Reference Guide and IP Phone Quick Reference Guide.pdf link below for help with various voicemail features.

   2. Place a call from your phone to your cell phone by dialing 71(xxx)xxx-xxxx to verify your phone is able to call out.

   3. Place a call into your phone from your cell phone by dialing your full 10-digit telephone number to verify your phone is taking calls, and your voicemail is working properly.
