Learn how to drill-down to view more granular dashboard data. Not all dashboards have been developed with drill-downs. If a dashboard has drill-down capability, the analysis values (text, number, etc.) will appear in blue.
Dimension Drill-downs
Dimensions are categorizations of qualitative data.
- From the dashboard, hover over the blue text. The text will appear underlined, confirming it can be selected.
- Click on the link to see a new column with detailed data.
- Click Return, below the table, to go back to the previous analysis.
Measure Drill-downs
Measures are values of quantitative data that can be aggregated in some way
- From the dashboard, hover over the blue text. The number will appear underlined, confirming it can be selected.
- Click on the link to see a new analysis that will display details of the selected aggregate measure.
- Click Return, below the table, to go back to the previous analysis.
