Starting 8/11/22, the Chancellor's Office (CO) will need to use its own specific VPN portal address to access legacy data collection and reporting applications. Staff using the affected applications can may follow the steps below to install/configure and reconnect their VPN client.

Click on the Global Protect icon in your notification bar  Using the menu (three stacked lines), choose Settings.  In the General tab, click the + button to add a new VPN portal address.  Enter coappsvpn.calstate.edu in the Portal Address: field, and click Save.  The new VPN portal address should now be reflected in the list.  The Global Protect client should now have an extra portal address (coappsvpn.calstate.edu)
