University-owned mobile devices may be assigned to individuals or departments based on their unique needs and requirements. Departments are responsible for the selection, assignment, funding and technical support for these devices. All users should review the mobile device guidelines.
Request forms must be submitted by a Telephone Coordinator and approved by the applicable department. The approval process is usually completed within three business days.
