Meal Plans
If you have a dining plan your PolyCard functions as your meal card. Show it to the cashier at campus restaurants to make purchases against your plan.
Campus Express
Campus Express is a general use declining balance account connected to your PolyCard. It offers a quick and convenient way to make purchases all over campus. Use your PolyCard to buy books or school supplies at the University Store, print in open access computer labs, or purchase food and drinks at campus restaurants.
Library
Use your PolyCard to check out items and use certain resources at the Robert E. Kennedy Library. Your PolyCard gives you access to OneSearch and is activated the morning after your card is printed.
SLO City Bus Transportation
Cal Poly has made arrangements with the City of San Luis Obispo to allow students, faculty, and staff with a valid PolyCard to use the city bus service for free to encourage ridership. Just show your PolyCard to the bus driver.
Lab Printing
Printing is 10 cents per page for black + white and 20 cents per page for color letter-sized paper. Printing is paid through your Campus Express account.
Parking Permit
Show your PolyCard when purchasing Cal Poly parking permits.
Health Services
When you use Health Services or go to the Health Center, present your PolyCard to verify you are a student and receive services.
