STARTING OCTOBER 1, 2024 Adobe will begin discontinuing the features listed below …

NOTE: You may not see these changes right away. Adobe will roll out the process gradually.

What Is Adobe Changing and How Will This Impact Me?

Creative Cloud Syncing - [DISCONTINUED]

  • The “Synced files” folder (located here: https://assets.adobe.com/files) and its contents will be permanently deleted by Adobe.

  • The contents of the local Creative Cloud Files folder on your device(s) will no longer be synchronized with Creative Cloud storage.

  • Files in your local Creative Cloud Files folder will not be removed during this process.

  • Files in your Document Cloud Storage or Creative Cloud Storage that are not in the “Synced files” location will also not be removed during this process.

Folder and File Sharing - [DISCONTINUED]

  • Folders and files shared from Creative Cloud Synced files (located here: https://assets.adobe.com/sharedsyncedfolders) will be removed and no longer be accessible to others, including inside the organization (Cal Poly) and externally.

What Should I Do So My Assets Are Not Lost in This Process?

We recommend the following…
