If security permissions are needed for HR/AP Dashboard access within Student Administration, please follow the instructions for Managing CMS Student Administration Access.
Log in to the My Cal Poly Portal > My Apps > HR Administration.
Go to the Main Menu > Cal Poly Reports/Interfaces > Cal Poly Security > Security Workflow > Start Here - Security Requests.
Click the Request Permissions History button.
From the Request Permissions History page, click the Search button to view your submitted request and its status.
Click on the Request ID to view detailed information about your request.
