The following policies are in place for class lists.
Policy | Description |

| Class List Creation | ITS receives data from PeopleSoft via the Data Warehouse which is used to build Sympa class lists. |
| List Membership | The class list membership cannot be modified by the instructor. Class list membership is updated daily. |
| Class List Availability | As each new class list is created, an email message is sent to the faculty member for the class. The email message will be sent approximately one month prior to the first day of the quarter. The message includes the name of the list and information related to the list. |
| Class List Retention | Class lists are available for the current term and 2 prior terms. |
