Learn how to export BI Publisher Reports from PolyData Dashboards. There are two ways to download reports.

View

  1. Open a report.
  2. From the top right corner of the dashboard, click the dropdown button adjacent to the Preferred File Format icon (to the left of the gear icon). The appearance of the icon will change depending on the format you choose to view.
  3. From the menu, select one of the view formats. Interactive, PDF, and Excel are the most common report viewing modes. 
    1. Interactive
    2. HTML
    3. PDF
    4. RTF
    5. Excel
    6. Powerpoint

Download

  1. Open a report.
  2. From the top right corner of the dashboard, click the Gear icon > Export.
  3. From the menu, select one of the formats. PDF and Excel are the most commonly downloaded files.

    2. HTML
    3. PDF
    4. RTF
    5. Excel
    6. Powerpoint
